What equipment is required to complete a course?
chiroaudio.com’s courses require a device, such as a smart phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer with an internet connection (WiFi connection, cellular data, hotspot, wired connection, or similar).
How long is my certificate available after I complete a course?
Most licensing boards require 4 years of record retention. We will keep your certificate in your account page for up to 7 years unless we notify you otherwise. If a course is no longer available and you took and completed it in the past your certificate of completion will still be available.
What are my licensing board’s requirements?
You are ultimately responsible for verifying your licensing board’s requirements for continuing education. We at chiroaudio.com do our best to update all board requirements for the states and territories we offer courses for. But chiroaudio.com does not determine any licensing boards’ requirements, and can not guarantee our information is up to date.
How long do I have to complete a course after purchase?
Courses are intended to be completed in the calendar year of purchase.
What if I do not finish a course by the end of the year?
We cannot guarantee that the course you purchased will be available and approved the following year. If you complete the course in the following year (and it is approved for the subsequent year) you will get continuing education credits in the year the course was completed. No refunds are available for unfinished courses. No credit or partial credit can be given for partially completed courses. If you purchase an 8 hour course you must finish the entire course to receive credit for 8 hours. If you complete 3 hours of the 8 hour course you will receive no credit for the course.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds can be requested if technical issues with chiroaudio.com’s website are not resolved within a reasonable time period AND those issues prevent the user from completing a purchased course by the user’s licensing board’s due date. Refunds may also be requested for other unforeseen circumstances and will be considered on a one for one basis. No refunds are available for unstarted, incomplete, partially complete, or unfinished courses. Requests for refunds can be sent to support@chiroaudio.com.
