Minnesota Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements
Minnesota requires 20 hours of CE per year due on December 31. Minnesota requires that 4 of the 20 required hours consists of 3 hours X-ray or image related subjects (technical or diagnostic), and 1 hour of professional boundaries. There are additional requirements for those with additional licenses: 2 hours acupuncture/meridian therapy, which can be part of the 20 total hours (only if registered to perform acupuncture services); 6 hours of animal chiropractic every year in addition to the 20 hours (only if registered to perform animal chiropractic). Be sure to check with your state board to verify your requirements and for any changes that may have taken effect.
